SCHIAPARELLI HAUTE COUTURE FW23-24 Schiaparelli Creative Director Daniel Rosenberry continues the tradition of the house’s long connection with art and artists. The makeup is an ode to this artistic heritage, using the body and the face as a canvas.
The makeup reveals two versions of a soft, poetic and painterly smoky eye - one more subtle, the other more of an intense look. The eyes are smouldering, sultry and lived-in with traces of taupe, brown pencils and transparent balm, for an intentionally sophisticated undone look. For the Yves Klein Blue body and face painted looks, a custom mix of pigments, paints and shadows are used to create an intensely bold monochromatic effect.
