Tightline & Define
1. Apply the Kohl Eyeliner to the lower lashline starting at the outer corner, gradually working towards the inner corner.
2. Gently lift your upper lid so the waterline beneath your lashline is visible. Line the upper waterline, gently applying the Kohl Eyeliner beneath the lashline and within the roots of the lashes.
3. Using a small detail brush, gently smudge the Kohl Eyeliner and smoke it out. Re-apply the Kohl Eyeliner and smudge each layer until desired intensity is achieved.
4. To strengthen definition, glide the tip of a Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner across the upper waterline.
Smoulder Like a Femme Fatale
1. Glide the Kohl Eyeliner from the outer corner of the lid to the inner corner, creating a smokey eye base.
2. With soft strokes, gradually thicken the line, then buff out with the fingers or a brush.
3. Using a small detail brush, apply Eye Shadow over Kohl Eyeliner, diffusing the edges.
